The use of the BINSR as defined in the standard Residential Purchase Contract is often misunderstood by agents. As Butch Leiber goes through scenarios and leads a Q & A format, we will review how the BINSR works as a function of the contract, addressing these often-confused issues. 3 Contract Law CE.
