• When will this datashare begin functioning? When can I search listings in other areas? The datashare will begin functioning on Monday, November 10, 2025.
• Will this raise my dues? This datashare will not cause your dues or MLS fees to increase. You should communicate with the Association of REALTORS® or Multiple Listing Service (MLS) where you are a member with questions about dues or fees.
• Does this mean I will have to join the other three MLSs/Associations? Membership in other Associations may be required of agents who want key access or to enter listings in that MLS. The four Associations’ keys do not natively cooperate at this time.
• What will I see on my screen when I log in? Beginning November 10, 2025, you will see a new field on the Quick Search screen.
• How do I see listings in other areas? Click on the new field on your Quick Search screen.
• How will agents in other areas see my listings? Agents anywhere in the datashare will see your listings by clicking on the same search field on their MLS screen.
• What changes will occur to how I enter and update listings? No changes.
• What changes will occur to listing histories or my documented production? No changes.
• What do I do/whom do I call if there is a problem with my listings or searches? You can obtain support just as you normally would with any MLS question or concern.
• Do I log in and log out the same way as before? Yes. Nothing will change about the way that you log into your native MLS.
• How do the Clear Cooperation rules affect this change? There is no change to the NAR Clear Cooperation rules as a result of this new datashare, nor is there a change in how the Associations enforce and uphold MLS rules including Clear Cooperation.
• How do I report a rules violation or other professional standards issue? The process for reporting violations remains the same. • Is there any change to how I use online forms in my transactions? There is no change to how you use transaction forms.
