After completing this class students will learn everything a real estate agent needs to know about agency law and why it is important for them to understand these concepts. Words like Obedience, Loyalty, Disclosure, Confidentiality, Reasonable Care and Fiduciary will take on a new meaning. In addition, the student will understand how agency law and ethics work together.
