The Prescott Area Association of REALTORS® invites members and residents of the area to attend a presentation covering the results of an Economic Impact Study on Short Term Rentals in Yavapai County. Sedona Verde Valley Association of REALTORS'® Government Affairs Director Jack Greacen will provide a comprehensive overview of the data collected and answer audience questions. The event is free and open to non-members. We invite you to come and learn about the true influence of short term rentals in our area and how they contribute to the greater local economy.
